I LOVE BALANCE- BALANCE YOURSELF FOR LIFE

ACCEPTANCE OF YOURSELF

This sounds easy and logical but it can be a challenge to a lot of people.

In yoga we call it ahisma and the translation is non-violence.

To others

To environment

To animals

To ourselves

The hardest one for me was to let go of judgement of myself. The whole striving for better and not accepting that your best is good enough. Once we accept this in ourselves,  it is easier to accept and not expect it in others.
